Sabino Laudadio deals with Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law, International Contract Law. He also deals with Professional Liability Law, mainly in the health and medical fields.
Before founding Scopsi and Laudadio Firm, he gained experience in major Italian law firms such as Pedersoli Lombardi and Lombardi Molinari.
Moreover, he gained significant professional experience in the judicial field, assisting facility management leading companies, prominent industrial and commercial companies and banks in significant and sensitive litigations; and also assisting important scientific companies and medical associations in relation to disputes arising against the associated professionals.
Sabino Laudadio operates also in the extra-judicial field, with reference to corporate transactions such as acquisitions and transfers of shares and companies, merger and joint ventures, international tenders; and management and organisation, under the contractual point of view, of art exhibitions and relevant services related to the circulation of such works of art.
He is a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Law 231/2001. He has been a member of the Naples Bar since 2006.
